Free Shipping on orders over $50 - Valid for orders made within USA.
Please allow 2 business days to process plus 2–5 business days to deliver. Unless shipping/processing is stated otherwise in the description on product page.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.
Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us at support@zunandco.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please open a claim directly with the carrier: USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877. If your tracking hasn't updated or you need help, contact us at support@zunandco.com.
