Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days, then delivered in 2–5 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $50 ship free anywhere in the US.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email support@zunandco.com with your order number. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes — return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the size or color you want.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email support@zunandco.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size chart. You can also see the Talya scrub size chart, the underscrub size chart and the compression sock size chart.

Products & Care

What are your scrubs made of?

Our Talya scrubs are 72% polyester, 21% rayon and 7% spandex — stretchy, breathable and wrinkle-resistant.

How do I wash my scrubs?

Wash cold and tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

What compression level are your socks?

15–20 mmHg graduated compression, a common everyday level for long shifts on your feet. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
